Alison Owen - President Elect SI Dusit
Alison Owen is a
Director of a busy learning centre in Bangkok, where she heard about
the Soroptimist group in Thailand and their wonderful educational
scholarship programme.
As a guest in Thailand she felt that it was important to do something for Thai children and Alison believes that educational opportunities for all is important, and so was delighted to find that not only could she help with this, but at the same time share a friendship with such a lovely group of people.
Alison has a madly busy working life, so meeting like-minded people in the late afternoon and early evening has been an added bonus.
Alison took on the President Elect position with some trepidation and hopes to support Khun Kanchana this year in her role as President, with all her best efforts.
